Highland Holidays is currently recruiting Accommodation Team Members to join our fantastic team. We are looking for dedicated, reliable, and hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team. This role is ideal for someone looking for a challenge – and a job that’s genuinely fun – while helping to ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

As an Accommodation Team Member, you will play a key part in ensuring our accommodation and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. The role involves a significant amount of cleaning, so enthusiasm, pride in your work, and a flexible attitude are essential. You must be able to use your own initiative, work well under pressure, and deliver consistently high standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Carrying out housekeeping duties across the park. Cleaning lodges and caravans to the high standard expected by our guests. Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness in public areas including showers, toilets, and laundry rooms. Supporting the wider team to ensure quick turnaround times during peak periods. Working as part of a supportive and friendly team, while also being comfortable working unsupervised when required.
