Ben Nevis Holiday Park is part of the Highland Holiday Company, a family-owned business under Highland Holidays Ltd. Nestled at the foot of the magnificent Ben Nevis and just a short distance from the bustling town of Fort William, our park offers breathtaking Highland scenery and a warm welcome to walkers, adventure seekers, and holidaymakers. Surrounded by dramatic mountain views and some of Scotland’s most iconic landscapes, Ben Nevis Holiday Park provides the perfect base for guests exploring the Highlands.

Ben Nevis Holiday Park consists of a range of self-catering accommodation, including hot tub lodges, pods, motorhome and caravan pitches, and a tent field.

Highland Holiday Company is currently looking for their next Park Warden Couple to support the continued success of Ben Nevis Holiday Park. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed couple to assist in all aspects of the operational management of this fantastic holiday park. This position would suit an energetic, hands-on couple who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining high standards, and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. They must be able to use their own initiative and work both independently and as part of a small team. As a guest-focused park, the ideal couple will have strong communication skills and a genuine desire to ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable stay.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting the day-to-day running of the holiday park. Assisting with reception and shop duties, including guest check-ins and handling enquiries. Working with the team to ensure accommodation units and shared facilities are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Carrying out groundskeeping duties to ensure the park remains tidy, safe, and welcoming. Undertaking general maintenance tasks and responding promptly to on-site issues to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

Represent Ben Nevis Holiday Park both on site and off site when required, ensuring guests receive a warm and professional welcome at all times and that the high standards of Highland Holiday Company are upheld.
