Highland Holidays is a family-owned business which operates stunning holiday parks across the West Coast of Scotland.

Oban Holiday Park is one of our most popular parks and sits within approximately 350 acres of lush green hills with views across the loch and our very own Highland cows. Situated just a 5-minute drive from the beautiful town of Oban, and opposite the small island of Kerrera, the park offers a peaceful retreat while remaining close to local amenities and attractions.

Highland Holidays is currently looking for Park Wardens – Housekeeping to join our team at Oban Holiday Park. We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining high standards and enjoy working as part of a friendly and supportive team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position and understands the importance of cleanliness in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Oban Holiday Park consists of self-catering accommodation including 5* lodges with hot tubs, premier caravans, tourers, and camping grounds.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting the day-to-day housekeeping operations of the park. Cleaning lodges, caravans, and accommodation units to a very high standard to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. Maintaining public and shared facilities including shower blocks, toilets, and laundry areas. Assisting with linen changes and stock control where required. Reporting maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe and well-presented environment for guests. Supporting the wider park team during busy turnaround days to ensure smooth operations.

Represent Oban Holiday Park on site, ensuring guests receive a warm and welcoming experience while upholding the high standards and values of Highland Holidays.
