No. Privately owned holiday homes are intended solely for the enjoyment of owners, their family and friends. Highland Holidays operates its own professionally managed holiday accommodation for guests.

Yes. Your family and friends are welcome to enjoy your holiday home with you throughout the year, making it the perfect base for creating lasting memories together.

Yes. We know pets are part of the family, which is why our holiday home owners are welcome to bring their dogs and other pets to enjoy Scotland alongside them.

Gas and electricity are individually metered and invoiced quarterly, so you only pay for what you use. Holiday home owners will also need suitable holiday home insurance, and our team can help arrange appropriate cover if required.

Yes. We work with our trusted partner, LPiS, to provide fast and reliable Wi-Fi for holiday home owners. We supply and install the equipment, and you’ll receive your first year of data completely free of charge.

After your first year, broadband packages are available from approximately £18 per month, helping you stay connected whenever you’re enjoying your holiday home.

What’s included depends on the individual holiday home or lodge. Many include features such as decking, connections, furniture and appliances. We’ll explain exactly what’s included with each holiday home before you purchase.

Finance may be available on selected holiday homes, subject to status and eligibility. Our team will be happy to discuss the finance options available and help you find the best solution for your budget.

Buying a holiday home is simple. Arrange a viewing, choose your preferred holiday home, reserve it, and we’ll guide you through every step of the purchase process, from paperwork to handover, making ownership straightforward and stress-free.
